Starling Club announces new hours

Stop in to see your newest FishHawk Ranch amenity located in the Starling Neighborhood.

The Fitness Center, Game Room, Pools and Dog Parks will all be open for our Fishhawk Ranch residents to enjoy.

Remember to bring your resident access card with you.

Re/Max Rbbon Cutting

FishHawk, FL -- Re/Max Across the Bay at FishHawk will officially be welcomed to the area on Wednesday, January 30 during a ribbon cutting ceremony.

The event will take place from 4 - 5 p.m. at 5664 Fishhawk Crossing Blvd., Lithia, FL 33547.

According to the Re/Max website, Re/Max, "associates average more sales than other real estate agents." They also offer, "No-nonsense, hype-free guides on home buying, home selling, mortgages, foreclosure and more."

Fern Family Farm to give away free quarts of strawberries this weekend

Riverview, FL-- The Fern Family Farms in Riverview will give out free quarts of strawberries to the public this Saturday and Sunday.

The farm's building is still under construction, but to ensure the berries don't go to waste, they're allowing anyone and everyone to pick up a free quart between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. both days this weekend.

Any additional berries after the free quart will be available at 50% off!

Tampa Water customers may "Build Your Own Rebate"

Tampa, FL-- The Tampa Water Department has announced a new rebate plan geared toward its single-family account holders who use an average about 15,000 gallons of water per month.

The program, called the "Build Your Own Rebate" (BYOR) program, will ask participants to make a commitment to save a pre-selected percentage of water in 2013. The commitment to use less water will reduce water bills, and allow customers to receive a rebate.
