Serial robber wanted out of Hillsborough County

Gibsonton, Florida --  The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is hoping someone can help them track down a man wanted for at least three armed robberies in the last 10 days.

Detectives say the masked man has hit stores in the southeastern part of the county, most recently targeting a Gibsonton CVS on Thursday.

He has also been linked to the robbery of  Little Caesar's in Riverview and Kangaroo Express in Apollo Beach.

In each case, he wears a ski mask and carries a shot gun and a bag.

"He walks in, pulls the shot gun out and makes a demand of the clerk for money and tells them to put it in the bag.  After he gets the money, he then flees," said HCSO spokeswoman, Debbie Carter.

Detectives don't have a good physical description of the man because he wears a mask, but witnesses say he appears to be a white male in his 20's, stands about 6'-6'2" and weighs about 180-210 pounds.  He is also described to have a medium build and is seen driving away from the crime scenes in a dark colored mini-van, possibly green.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.  You could be eligible for a cash reward by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477) if your information leads detectives to the suspect.  You can also report anonymously on line at www.crimestopperstb.com or text "CSTB plus your tip" to C-R-I-M-E-S (274637).
