Tampa, Florida -- If you've been thinking about freshening up the exterior of your home, make sure to check the new color palettes.

You will have to submit a proposal to the MC for approval before you proceed.
Homeowners adding an addition to their home who want to keep the current color may do so, since they will be grandfathered in, however it must match the body of the home.
You must paint a minimum of two colors and max of 3 colors on the approved list.
