Temporary interruption to Tampa reclaimed water service

Tampa, FL -- The Tampa Water Department has announced that residents will experience a temporary interruption to their reclaimed water service tomorrow morning, Dec. 6.

The City will be performing system maintenance between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. and customers are advised to make the necessary adjustments to their landscape irrigation and other reclaimed water use activities to accomodate the interruption.

Reclaimed water is provided to about 4,400 customers within the City of Tampa water utility service area, including Tampa International Airport and the McKay Bay Refuse-to-Energy Facility.
