Land O' Lakes, Florida -- New FGUA Consolidated Systems customers can become part of the company's Moisture Sensor Conservation Program which provides free equipment to monitor and reduce lawn water consumption year-round.

FGUA says the rain sensors offered in the program monitor rainfall and shut off sprinklers automatically to help avoid unnecessary lawn watering.

Those interested in getting a free sensor can pick it up at the FGUA Customer Service Office at 6915 Perrine Ranch Road in New Port Richey. Bring a FGUA billing statement and matching identification in order to get your sensor which are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
