Tampa men plead guilty to Charley's Steak House robbery
Tampa, FL -- On Thursday, July 7, 21-year-old Kyle Anthony Larson and 27-year-old Osvaldo Martinez, both from Tampa, pleaded guilty to the October 18, 2011, armed robbery of Charley's Steakhouse in Tampa, according to United States Attorney Robert E. O'Neill.
Larson and Martinez each face a maximum penalty of twenty years in federal prison on two counts and a mandatory minimum sentence of seven years on the third count, up to life imprisonment.
According to the plea agreement, on October 18, 2010, the armed robbery occurred at Charley's Steak House, located at 4444 West Cypress Street in Tampa, after it had closed for the evening.
