Hit and run driver sought for sideswiping family | Crime

Tampa, Florida -- Tampa Police are asking for the public's help locating a hit and run driver who sideswiped a family of four as they tried to cross Nebraska Avenue at Fowler Avenue.
Police say on March 2, around 3:45 p.m., the family was trying to cross Nebraska while standing on the median at Fowler Avenue when an unknown black or dark-colored SUV sideswiped them. The vehicle then continued heading south on Nebraska without stopping to help.
Tampa Fire Rescue took two of the victims to a local hospital to be checked out for minor injuries.
