Thonotosassa, Florida -- One of three juveniles wanted in the theft of two pit bull puppies from a home on May 19 has been arrested.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office says during the time of the theft, 14-year-old Kaliyha Everett was wearing ankle monitoring device at the time of the theft. Deputies say the teen's GPS showed he was on the victim's property in the 9400 block of Ripley Road at the time of the theft. A witness also mentioned shortly after the theft, Everett attempted to sell the puppies.
