Tampa, Florida-- Despite its multiple name changes, one of Tampa's main concert and event venues has a clear stance on at least one thing- a "zero tolerance" policy for underage drinking on the premises.

The newly named MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater- first known as the "Ford Amphitheater" before becoming "1-800-Ask-Gary Amphitheater", and then briefly the "Live Nation Amphitheater"- has joined forces with local law enforcement and the Florida State Fair Authority. Together, they are warning anyone underage that they will strictly enforce drinking laws.

"Underage drinking continues to be a problem in our community," said one Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office official. "The goal of this strict enforcement is to not only keep our youth safe, but to also protect other patrons that will be attending events at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater."

They hope all who attend the venue for future events will have fun, but remain responsible, and "report any underage drinking observed."
