Yard sale at local church this weekend

Plant City, FL -- St. Mary's Community Church in Plant City is putting on a yard sale and assorted foods event this Saturday.

The event will be from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Glover Elementary School, 5104 Horton Road, in Bealsville on Jan. 22.

St. Mary's Community Church, established in 1909, also serves food to the poor and those in need on Sunday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and lunch on Wednesdays beginning at 11:30 a.m. The church also offers free tutoring to children of all ages on Wednesdays starting at 4:30 p.m.
