Plant City, FL -- It was another successful year with a great turnout for the 2011 Junior Royalty Pageant.

Approximately 120 young girls competed for the titles of Baroness, Duchess, Princess and Queen in the pageant on Saturday.

Over 1,100 people braved the cold at the Festival's Expo Building to cheer for their contestant. " alt="<--break->" src="http://saintpetersburg.wtsp.com/sites/all/modules/wysiwyg/plugins/break/images/spacer.gif">

"This was a great event even with the cold weather. Beautiful young ladies, all winners to me," Florida Strawberry Festival President Mike Sparkman said in a release.

Every year this pageant is open for young girls between the ages of 5 and 15 who reside in Hillsborough County.

The winner in each category will represent the Florida Strawberry Festival on a float in the Youth Parade on Saturday, March 5 and in the Grand Parade on Monday, March 7.

The 2011 Junior Royalty winners are:

Baroness: Giselle Gutierrez

1st Maid: Bailey Brock

Duchess: Daisy Duke

1st Maid: Tori Wegner

Court: Cherish Glenn, Gracie Hinton, Ashtyn Rogers

Princess: Drew Knotts

1st Maid: Deanna Rodriguez

Court: Jamie Bertomeu, Ashley Farmer, Ariel Navarrete

Queen: Chelsea Talavera

1st Maid: Caitlyn Kent

Court: Mylie Feaster, Elizabeth Padilla, Caitlyn Short

The 76th annual Florida Strawberry Festival and "Taste The Flavor Of Fun!" runs from March 3-13, 2011 in Plant City.
