Entertainment veteran Chris Curry vows to help stop the violence
Everyone is well aware of the violence that riddles our streets today. The senseless killings are endless. People are losing mothers, fathers, children, siblings to street violence.  We have to make a stand and do our part which is exactly what entertainment industry veteran Chris Curry is doing. He vows to raise awareness to this epidemic with his "Stop The Violence" campaign videos. Mr. Curry has been in the industry for over 40 years and is known for his kindness and big heart. He decided it is time to give back to the community. Mr. Curry feels by raising awareness to this problem and getting people involved we can collectively save lives! Chris Curry first became involved with unnecessary street violence while working as a community liaison for radio station Super 16 WWRL covering the 1973 shooting of 12-year-old Clifford Glover in Jamaica, Queens, NY. He has over 40 years of newspaper articles documenting the senseless shootings and killing of people. Chris financed the first set of videos himself and is presently working on the second set of videos focused on "The Solution".  The second series is titled "It Takes A Positive Image" and he has already sparked interest from soulful superstar "Fantasia" to do the vocals for the first song "Positive Image". This is an exciting and powerful movement and is expected to make a lot of noise nationwide. You can view the first video here:http://www.youtu.be/VXApuybv6bQ
