Tampa, Florida -- UPDATE: Tampa Police say the mother who took off with her infant from St. Joseph's Children's Hospital against the doctor's advice has turned herself in.

Police say Teosha Blackmon's daughter, Constance, was checked into St. Joseph's Hospital for observation. The baby appears to be in good health, but hospital staff will determined when she will be released after the observation period.

Blackmon was arrested and charged with child neglect.

Northdale, Florida -- Authorities are investigating a school bus crash at N Dale Mabry at Calusa Trace Blvd in Northdale Friday afternoon.

The Hillsborough County School Board says a vehicle cut in front of the bus and the driver overcompensated losing control and flipping the bus on its the side.

The bus driver is out and is shaken up, but not hurt. No children were on the bus at the time of the crash.
